Shanklin Villa Apartments Terms & Conditions of Booking

Deposit:

Your holiday booking is confirmed following receipt of a deposit of 30% total accommodation cost. Provisional bookings may be held for a maximum of 7 days. If your booking is made within 60 days of your arrival date then payment must be made in full.

Outstanding Balance:

The outstanding balance of your accommodation hire cost, ferry travel, security deposit plus any chargeable extras such as optional ferry tickets, apartment servicing, welcome packs, etc must be paid at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Security Deposit:

A charge of £100 is made per booking and is refunded back to you following your departure subject to there being no damage. The security deposit must be paid with your final balance payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposit payments are non refundable. Final accommodation hire balances are due 60 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel with at least 60 days notice you will either have your outstanding balance refunded in full or not be invoiced or responsible for paying the outstanding balance that is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. If less than 60 days cancellation notice is received then you will receive no refund. We will do out utmost to re-let your accommodation.

Single Sex Parties and Minimum Ages

Our apartments are intended for couples and family holidays. Single sex couples are most welcome to stay at Shanklin Villas. We do not accept single sex group bookings such as Stag or Hen Parties. Bookings by couples or groups where all persons staying are under 21 years of age are not accepted. We may apply discretion in certain circumstances and if you are unsure if your party falls into any of the above categories, please call reservations on 01983 866899. We reserve the right to retain the keys for accommodation if this condition is contravened.

We also reserve the right to refuse or terminate any booking where we feel that the comfort of our guests may be put at risk by any persons staying at Shanklin Villas.
