Optional Apartment Servicing

There are 3 levels of optional services available when you hire a luxury holiday apartment at Shanklin Villa. The price for each level of service is either charged per apartment (Bronze Service) or by the number of days you stay (Silver and Gold Services). The price is also determined by the size of the apartment you book. See below for details.

In order to meet your requirements you should request the optional servicing you require on your booking form. The payment for optional apartment servicing is invoiced to you along with your final balance payment 60 days prior to your arrival.

Choose the Service Level That Suits You Best:

Bronze Service

Freshen up with a mid stay linen and towel change, apartment clean and vacuum. For mid week stays this will be carried out after 2 days and for week long stays this will be carried out after 3/4 days.

This charge is a one off payment per apartment booked.

Silver Service

With the optional silver servicing you get all the space and luxury of your apartment but with the benefit of hotel level servicing. Silver Service includes a mid stay linen and towel change (after 2 days for mid week stays and after 3/4 days for week long stays) plus daily cleaning, vacuuming and making of beds.

This charge is a one off payment per apartment booked.

Gold Service

For those of you wanting the ultimate holiday experience this service provides you with all the benefits of Bronze and Silver service – ie a mid stay linen and towel change, daily cleaning and making up of beds plus your washing up is done for you each morning.

This charge is a one off payment per apartment booked.

How To Book

Simply use the Check Availability box above right to select the apartment you wish to book and the required dates. Complete the booking form and select the service level from the above options that you require. Payment for service chosen will be invoiced to you along with your final balance payment 60 days prior to your arrival.
